I am going to add a skeleton to Common Flipper Troubleshooting. If you like it, let's flesh it out.  I didn't copy much from other pages, so there's lots to steal. ts4z (talk) 18:54, 29 December 2014 (CST)

It would be nice to take the flipper section mechanicals out of the WhiteStar page and incorporate them here as a shared page, since mechanically, they're identical. ts4z (talk) 22:59, 28 December 2014 (CST)

I agree. It would be nice if the wiki markup language featured a #include directive so that whole sections can be "inlined" identically. Chris Hibler

I want to think about this a little more, but it seems like there should just be a "flipper mechanicals" page. I don't think it needs to be inlined, maybe just incorporated by reference. Same with pops and kickers... ts4z (talk) 23:35, 28 December 2014 (CST)

Ts4z...I'm Chris Hibler...as is obvious by my PinWiki userID. Jim Palson (JimPal) is a frequent contributor. He and I informally "patrol" the edits that come in. FRG is another good and recent contributor, especially for the newer game systems. That's Frank-Rainer Grahl from Germany. Could you introduce yourself? Your contributions are greatly appreciated, and I'd just like to know who is helping with this "labor of love". Happy New Year! :-) Chris

BTW...I started a WPC Flipper Problems section. I realized just how many trivial problems can occur with flippers, how some are electrical and some are mechanical, then I sort of ran out of steam. Your thoughts on creating a (sort of) "All about Flippers" page is very much welcomed.
