3 Game-Specific Issues

3.1 Several Solenoids Not Firing, But All Auxiliary Driver Board Fuses Test Fine

If the following solenoids do not work, and fuse F4 on the auxiliary power driver board is known good, then suspect a blown fuse underneath the playfield.

  • Sol. 13 Upper kickback
  • Sol. 14 Lock kickback
  • Sol. 18 Ramp diverter (top left corner)
  • Sol. 20 Left outlane kickback
  • Sol. 22 - Deep freeze magnet
Just below the drop target assy., and hidden beneath the wiring harness is a 2-1/2A slo-blow fuse / fuse holder
Fuse located under playfield, which powers solenoids 13, 14, 18, 20, & 22

All of these solenoids use a purple-yellow wire to power them. The fuse and fuse holder are located just below the drop target assembly (when the playfield is down). It is hidden beneath the wiring harness, and typically not visible at first glance.
